Pool and Garden.

The private swimming pool has new solar heating & an aqua-alarm is installed. Fencing ensures that small children can be kept out of the pool garden and within sight of the house.

The garden is E, S & W facing with stunning views in all directions, particularly long to the south. There is also a terrace and ample parking.

Both the garden and the central courtyard are excellent for outdoor living and eating.

The Facilities.

The games room in the barn is everyone's favourite place and the scene of many a sporting contest! It includes table tennis, pool, table football and a variety of outdoor games. Board games and books etc are available in the house.

There is a bar-b-que and plenty of garden furniture consisting of 12 garden chairs and 8 beach chairs. There are also 3 bicycles.

For colder months the property is well insulated and has double glazing, central heating and there is an efficient wood burning stove in the farmhouse living room. We accept pets by prior arrangement and telephone/internet access, central heating and fuel for the wood burner is by arrangement and in addition to the rental costs.
