Please note prices quoted above are for up to 10 people. Rates for up to 6 people staying in the house (cottage remains closed) available on request. Rental rates include: local telephone calls, linen (changed weekly), towels, pool towels, gas, electricity, pool cleaning, garden maintenance and house clean at end of rental period.
Rental rates do not include central heating or fuel for wood burning stove.
Payment terms: 30% deposit at time of booking, balance paid 6 weeks before start date. Cheque or bank transfer (please allow extra time for clearance of cheques). A returnable security deposit of £250 is payable with the final balance 6 weeks before start date.
