8 January - 16 April £1000 (per week)
16 April - 30 April £1100 (per week)
30 April - 4 June £1150 (per week)
4 June - 2 July £1200 (per week)
2 July - 3 September £1800 (per week)

1 October - 17 December £1000 (per week)

Please note prices quoted above are for up to 10 people in the house and cottage. During peak season (2 July to 3 September) we only rent out the house and cottage together. Out of peak season, the house may be rented without the cottage (which remains closed) at a 20% discount off the above rates. Rental rates include: local telephone calls, linen (changed weekly), towels, pool towels, gas, electricity, pool cleaning, garden maintenance and house clean at end of rental period.
Rental rates do not include central heating or fuel for wood burning stove, which may be required in out of season periods.
Payment terms: 30% deposit at time of booking, balance paid 6 weeks before start date. Cheque or bank transfer. A returnable security deposit of £250 is payable with the final balance 6 weeks before start date.
